Happy New Years, everybody! And what better way to bring in 2014 then with a whole year's worth of pictures! Oringinally made as a Christmas calendar, I decided to share the love and let all of you have a peek at the newbies as well.
All these designs will eventually make their way into my store at Cafepress, but only January and February for now. So make sure to pick them up now because they won't hang around forever.

Oh my gosh, Im exhausted. I waited waaaay too long to get started on Christmas presents and now I'm having to rush to get it all done. But, it's actually been pretty good. I've been able to learn a bunch of new techniques and how to do really neat backgrounds. Still, I'm soooo tired. I finished 4 pictures yesterday and 2 more today. My poor overworked fingers. Not to mention, I've been having to do all this work while wearing gloves cuz it's freezing! :P
Okay, that's enough updates for now, back to work!

The sister to the happy little fairy. She's not quite as chipper.
I still need titles for both of them. Maybe something playing off of Tragedy and Comedy. What do you think?

I drew you guys a happy little fairy. I hope you like her. Next, I'm going to draw her counterpart.

Preview of the newest picture I'm working on. I'd like to turn this into a painting one day, but for now she's just gonna be colored digitally. Title is "Roulette".

I'm sorry it took me so long to get this picture colored. The colors, for some reason, just wouldn't work and nothing looked right, but I finally got it to do what was in my head. Actually, I originally intended to have a lot more white in her outfit, but I think that's why it was looking so weird. Anyways, what do you think of "Harlequin"?

Had to get my car worked on this week so I didn't manage to get a big piece out, but I did finish one of my simpler pieces. Took me about an hour.
When I drew her, I imagined her being a lot darker/creepier, but I like her being cutesy and innocent. (I might go back later and goth her up a little bit, but probably not cuz I'm lazy. :P)
Well, enjoy! Title for now is "Un-bear-ably Cute".

Oh my gosh, can you believe it? I actually have another picture for you! This is my newest piece and I used the new coloring techniques I learned during my break. I think she's looks more realistic than my earlier works. I really like the way she turned out. And what's even better is that she only took about a day and a half! Usually, my pieces take a week or three to color, but I got her out in less than a weekend. I'm amazed.
I don't have a name for her yet. What do you guys think I should call her?
