At our End Of Year Banquet, our dancers signed out of Soul Expressions Dance Company for the final time.

In 2016, SEDC was formed to give our dancers opportunities to grow and experience dance beyond our four studio walls… it’s has been about so much more than just the competitions and performances. It’s been a place where friendships were built, confidence was found, and young dancers grew into incredible young adults.

From the alumni who helped build this legacy to the dancers who made this final season so special, each handprint represents a piece of the story.

While this chapter is closing, the impact of Soul Expressions will live on in every dancer who was shaped by it. The memories, lessons, friendships, and love created here won’t disappear with the final curtain call.

Thank you to every dancer, parent, instructor, and supporter who helped make the last ten years so meaningful.

What a beautiful story it has been.
And what a beautiful future still lies ahead. ✨

We are so proud of each and every one of our wonderful dancers!

From the very first class of the season to this final bow, this season was filled with growth, hard work, friendship, confidence, and so many unforgettable memories!

Today we celebrate the incredible legacy of tap dance and honor legends like Bill “Bojangles” Robinson, whose talent and influence helped shape the art form we still love today.

We also celebrate the amazing dance teachers who pass that passion down from generation to generation. Ms. Angie’s own dance teacher, Ms. Debbie, helped instill her love for dance and especially tap… and now she gets to do the very same for her students at Dance Expressions!

Happy National Tap Dance Day to all of our amazing dancers, teachers, and tap legends who continue to inspire the next generation.
