Help us send these incredible ladies back to school, or onto their next journeys, in style!
As we officially wrap up the 2026 Wyoming State Fair, we want to give a HUGE thank you to our 2026 interns: Clara Mechem, Megan Stoltenberg and Paige Foster. These three jumped into a busy fair season with both feet, bringing fresh ideas, hard work and plenty of personality to our team.
Clara Mechem | Marketing & Communications Intern
Clara recently graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Agricultural Communications. She is also an incredible photographer, capturing the energy, people and spirit of the Fair through her lens all summer long. This summer, she helped bring the 2026 Fair to life through photography and countless campaign materials. Clara hopes to combine her love of agriculture and creativity through a career in agricultural media while someday owning a show lamb operation of her own.
Megan Stoltenberg | Event Intern
A Douglas native and longtime WSF volunteer, Megan attends Casper College Community Education and Lifelong Learning, where she is pursuing an associate degree in Animal Science with plans to continue into Agricultural Education. This summer, she helped build critical teams, coordinate judges and develop relationships. Her future could take her anywhere anywhere in ag, and we can't wait to see where she lands!
Paige Foster | Partnerships & Events Intern
Paige attends South Dakota State University, studying Animal Science and Agricultural Science. One of her biggest projects this summer was helping build-out the Beer Garden, and when Fair week finally arrived, she was especially excited to see the PRCA Rodeo come to life. Her goal is to build a career in event planning, and she picked a great place to get some practice!
Clara, Megan and Paige worked behind the scenes on far more than we could ever fit into one post. We are incredibly grateful for the time, energy and talent they gave to the Wyoming State Fair this summer.
Please help us thank these three for an incredible season and wish them well as they head into whatever comes next. We know their futures are bright, and we'll be cheering them on every step of the way!
