We don’t usually do this, but we wanted to take a moment to say something.

We recently had a situation where a client unfortunately lost their deposit due to a last-minute cancellation from a medical emergency. We truly are sorry for their situation and hope everything is okay.

At the same time, we do have a 48-hour rescheduling policy in place to protect our artists’ time, and it’s something all clients agree to when booking. It’s not always an easy call, but it’s a policy we have to stand by to keep things fair and consistent for everyone.
