💜 What a season. What a year. What a community.

We've just closed out our first season in our new home on King Avenue, and we keep thinking about all the people who made this possible.

Opening these doors took so much more than putting on shows. It took people showing up with paint brushes, tools, cleaning supplies, donations, encouragement, and a belief that this little theatre could become something special.

And then YOU showed up.

You filled our seats for Real Women Have Curves (even though our new stage wasn't quite ready yet), A Party to Murder, Dashing Through the Snow, Death of a Salesman, Disgraced, and The Cake. You supported our special events with Down Right Theatre, Chaos Theory Improv, and our Celtic Evening fundraiser.

Every ticket purchased, every donation made, every kind word shared helped us keep those doors open.

Thank you for believing in local theatre. Thank you for being part of this journey.

We can’t wait to see what comes next. 💜

Down Right Theatre is back at Merely Players Presents, and auditions for Italian American Reconciliation are happening this Sunday & Monday!

This hilarious romantic comedy by John Patrick Shanley brings together big personalities, second chances, and a little bit of chaos as Huey Bonfigliano tries to win back his ex-wife with help (or maybe interference 😉) from the people around him.

Down Right Theatre is seeking actors for its upcoming production of Italian American Reconciliation by John Patrick Shanley, directed by Scott Ross.

This funny, romantic comedy follows Huey Bonfigliano on a quest to win back his ex-wife and reclaim his "manhood"—with plenty of interference from friends, family, and fate along the way. Full of heart, humor, and Shanley's signature wit, it's a wonderful opportunity for actors looking to dive into rich, character-driven storytelling.
