Dixon Stage Left Comedy, drama, jazz, cabaret... Dixon's premier arts venue provides a sophisticated night out.

105 South Peoria Ave, Dixon, IL

This 127 year old, vintage space - with original detail - has been tastefully remade into a simple but elegant 'black box' theater. Seating for 80 is provided in small groups of two or more around cocktail tables, and there isn't a bad seat in the house - all patrons are within 20 feet of the thrust stage. Relax in style with full beverage service. We seek out the finest artists in northern Illinois - many from the Chicago area - to make sure the performance on stage is the highest quality possible. Adult comedy, gripping drama, murder mysteries, fine contemporary plays and musicals - It's all here at Dixon Stage Left!

Thanks to weeks of effort from IMPACT students and volunteers, Dixon Stage Left’s costume storage has never been better organized or more convenient! It took a lot of hard work and time, but we’re so proud of how it all came together.
