Let us not forget what happened here. It may have been a year since our tents were dropped and our hatchets stowed, but the memories and friendships that were forged here, will last a lifetime. Our little patch of dirt saw blood, sweat and tears. More importantly it saw laughter, family, friendships strengthened and new friendships forged. Until we meet again, let’s raise a horn. Sköl!

It takes vision and dedication to create something great. Keith, Adam, Jens, and Carla had a vision to create a place for the community to gather and forget about the stresses of day to day life. Through their dedication, they did just that. Their countless hours, blood, sweat, and tears turned a patch of dirt into the best place to be.

One of my favorites was the first time I sat down at a Dungeons and Dragons table with Jens and he donned the fox pelt and started cracking jokes. It has been an honor to entertain, grow, and connect with you over this past year. But the time has come for the first scouting party of Eldurheim to return home. As such, we will be closing the gates to our halls on July 31st for the last time. We hope to see you before then so we may give thanks to all those who have made this journey worth it.

We will be leaving our raven, Discord, behind so that we can still be reached. Just because we cannot gather within arms reach does not mean we will be far apart.

Every hero’s journey starts with a call to adventure away from their mundane toilings of everyday life. Maybe you’ve heard the call but just didn’t quite know where to start. Fear not, for it is nearly time for Victory or Valhalla to open the doors to The Adventurer’s Guild so that the brave and the bold may join our ranks.
