With 3 of 8 band members out of state, Steve - Lead Vocals in MA, Jeffrey - Keys in VT, and JB - Sax, Flute, Harp in NC, with the rest, Tom Lead Guitar, Richie Rhythm Guitar, Billy on The Kit, Paul on Bass and Mike on Violin and Vocals, on Long Island in Tom's studio, many wonder how we practice. Enter Lutefish. Pretty cool stuff with nearly zero latency. Good to go as long as ya remember to light up your mic. 😜 Always staying sharp for when the next gig hits us. Cheers from B&F!

HE PLAYED GUITAR ON 'ALL ALONG THE WATCHTOWER' WITH JIMI HENDRIX — AND MOST FANS NEVER EVEN KNEW HIS NAME.
He cooked dinner with his wife Winifred on Sunday night. Something amazing, they said. Then Dave Mason sat down in his favorite chair, his little Maltese named Star curled at his feet, and took a nap.
He never woke up. 💔 Seventy-nine years old. The Carson Valley he loved stretching out around him. A storybook ending, his family called it. On his own terms.
This is the man who co-founded Traffic in 1967. Who stood beside Jimi Hendrix on "All Along the Watchtower." Who wrote "Feelin' Alright" before Joe Cocker ever touched it. People still argue about whose version is the real one.
But it's the way he left that keeps sitting with me. The dinner. The dog. The chair. What's the song of his that never quite let you go?

We'd like to thank all who chose to join us this past Saturday at Lucky Strike Bar & Lounge. As always y'all filled the room with old school Marshall Tucker Band fans and we're grateful to have had the opportunity to play for yas.
