Vendors in the wild. We sure missed Susan of Susan’s Fiber Shop this year. Next year she is hoping to plan lambing around the festival so we won’t miss her 2 years in a row! This weekend she was at the Kentucky Sheep and Fiber Festival.

Next year we are moving back one week to April 2 & 3 because Easter falls on the 4th weekend in March. We don’t want to get in the way of Easter egg dyeing, family meal prep, or holiday travel!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who braved the temperature extremes this weekend to visit with the vendors and take classes. It was a wonderful weekend packed full of fiber and spectacular folks. Y’all make everything so very special and magical.

And an extra special THANK YOU to these two amazing lovely ladies. I am so thankful to have friends who are willing to help take out the trash, restock the toilet paper, and clean the restrooms with me. From left to right is the fabulous Kay a retired elementary school teacher from Kentucky who also raises goats, Superwoman Shay the creative genius behind Hills Heritage Farm/Shay Day Fibers, and me (Stephanie).

Thank you my friends. I appreciate and love you to the moon and back!
