I know I've been MIA for quite awhile. I really messed my hands up from knitting/crocheting for hours without breaks or stretching. The compression gloves and a long break have helped tremendously but I still have to see a specialist and will likely need surgery. In the meantime, I'm slowly getting back into it and trying not to over exert myself. I'll keep y'all in the loop!
