Mitch Brenner is a great guy. A real upstanding and morally principled guy. He is an attorney who holds true to the letter of the law. He does the right thing in life and believes in treating people fairly. While in court one day, he witnessed what he considered to be a gross injustice. He was privy to the manipulative dealings of one Melanie Daniels, a privileged socialite and heiress to her Father's San Francisco publishing empire. She plays practical jokes on people causing them harm and gets away with it. She got off in court and Mitch didn't like it one bit. Let's see what he does about it....

Meet Chip. It's Valentine's Day and his girl, Jenny, has flown in to visit. They're at a restaurant. This long distance relationship thing has really been working out well for him. Maybe it's working out a little too well. Seems as though Jenny is really falling for him and wants to get umm, should we say.....closer. Let's see what happens.....

I went ahead and joined up and .harvey.547 !! It was a tough decision but I did it. Just kidding!lol This was actually the day I did some background work on . This was such an amazing day...in spite of certain things.lol This was my first time on the water and on a ship. And when I tell you I was SICK!!! I WAS SICK!!LOL The first AD (Assistant Director) was telling me to look at the Horizon Line or to look at something that wasn't moving. I did it and it didn't work! I was poppin Dramamine like they were Skittles and they weren't working! Nothing was working!!lol I mean, people were walking around, snacking, joking, and meanwhile I was going through it!lol Let me tell you about the Law of Attraction. This happened to be the same day they were shooting my main man's, , scene on this episode. I mean the whole scene was about him and his character. We both went to Acting School together. It felt like old times with us doing scenes together in class. He did an amazing job with his scene! On our break we were chatting.. well he was chatting..I was trying to keep it together!lol Then finally a PA (Production Assistant) brought me these funny looking wrist bands. All of a sudden I felt soo much better!!!! I was finally able to enjoy my day shooting my homeboy's scene and views of the Pacific Coast in Long Beach. So no, absolutely DID NOT join the Navy! Turns out, I don't have the stomach for it!lol;)

This is my new reel. I am beyond proud of it and myself. I was sharing with my Mom the other day how good it feels to actually be getting paid to do something that I absolutely love to do! I was soo afraid when I first began. I still feel fear but in the beginning I was totally stepping into the unknown. I had no idea if I would even like Acting. I was 27yrs old and signing up for a 2yr Meisner Program . I remember telling my Mom that I was just going to "try it." I was terrified! I was afraid because I had no idea where this journey would take me, I had no idea how I would pay for this training, and I was also painfully shy! Then there were the well-meaning naysayers. And so I began with all of this fear in tow. Little did I know that I was embarking upon the greatest journey of my life! Here I am, many years later, much more aware of who I am as a person and much more aware of who and what God is as THE presence in my life. I say all of that to say, follow your dreams guys. That voice in your heart doesn't go away and will lead to misery if you don't listen to it. The peace you'll experience, from obedience, will far outweigh the fear of the future you feel. It won't be easy but the peace alone will make it worth the journey.

This was the time I worked on with and . The both of them were super cool dudes!! I was laughing at them cracking jokes in between takes.lol It was also dope to see their preparation process and watch them work up close. They had real Firefighters and Paramedics on set. They taught me what they do in real life emergencies where they have to save someone's life! An amazing day on set! Thankful.

to that time I created my own situational comedy. "Fatherhood 101" is based on my life as a single Father. My character is Langston Hughes and the baby is Starla Hughes. I created it as a response to a lot of negativity in the world surrounding many issues. These issues included but were not limited to race relations, which is why the cast and crew were multi-racial and multi-ethnic, and the supposed idea of the absentee African-American Father. I also wanted to explore the difficulties around interpersonal, intrapersonal, and romantic relationships in our African American community. With this show, I wanted to both address the world that is and create the world I want to see. It was an amazing opportunity and I learned a lot by doing it on my own. I am definitely looking to complete my series. I am looking for ALL CREW. Showrunners, Directors, Writers, Script Supervisors, DPs, Sound, Lighting, AD's, Editors, Sound Editors, a musician to score. I am also looking for those ppl who know how to find money. I once knew someone who earned her living by finding financing for projects. I will also be looking for Cast. Those interested or who can offer some direction in this show's completion, inbox me!! Here it is for those of you who never got a chance to see the draft of my first episode.
