Join us for PAA’s first recital of the year and kick off a new season of music with us!

Our program features an exciting variety of music, from Debussy’s Prélude à l’après-midi d’un faune, performed by our conductorless chamber orchestra, to cornerstone works for woodwind and brass quintet, Yasuhide Ito’s lively Ryukyuan Fantasy for saxophone quartet, Ivan Trevino’s landmark percussion work Catching Shadows, and iconic string chamber works by Smetana and Dvořák.

We hope to see you there!

Introducing PAA Midday Music! 🎶

Last Friday, we kicked off our new weekly lunchtime recital-preview gathering in the Orchestra Room! Many PAA students came together to support our musicians as they performed in preparation for our upcoming recital and to enjoy music together outside of our regular recital series.

Congratulations to all of our performers! Special shoutout to the Klughardt Woodwind Quintet, who stepped in to perform with only six hours’ notice — and especially to Crystal, who performed on the school’s marching band flute! 👏
