Before the snow started to fly Connor Construction was able to put a new roof and siding on the north end of the Auditorium. This was step one to our latest project, renovation of the former Creative Arts Building to the North Hall. This space will be finished off with heat, air, handicap restroom and a small kitchenette. We have a completion goal of May 1st. Just in time for smaller graduation parties. ; )

Thank you to the Clinton County Development Association, Purina Foundation, LincolnWay Community Foundation and REC/Eastern Iowa Light & Power Cooperative for helping fund this project.

Thanks also goes to BJ Yaddof for taking the lead on it.
