From chart-topping classics such as "If Ever You're in My Arms Again," "Can You Stop the Rain," and "Feel the Fire" to his iconic, Oscar-winning Disney duets "Beauty and the Beast" and "A Whole New World," his music became part of the soundtrack of countless lives. Throughout his career, he recorded more than 20 albums and earned widespread acclaim for his rich vocals, emotional performances, and unforgettable collaborations.
Peabo was also a cherished friend of the late Aretha Franklin, sharing a mutual respect and commitment to musical excellence that helped define an era of soul and R&B.
