Meet Kenny Flav - In addition to his mastery of the AKAI MPC Drum Machine, he brings a wealth of experience in the music business to his role as an educator. From his early days collaborating with artists in New York City to his production deal with 2,000 Watts Music and partnership with Atlantic Records, Kenny has demonstrated a keen understanding of the inner workings of the music industry.

His collaborations with industry heavyweights like Queen Latifah, Mary J. Blige, Paulina Rubio, Busta Rhymes, R&B group Silk, Darius Rucker, Tank, Too Short, Aretha Franklin and many more, have provided him with firsthand knowledge of the dynamics involved in working with artists at the highest level. Moreover, Kenny’s foray into movies and TV shows through sync-licensing has expanded his expertise beyond music production.
