The good news is that our events did not compromise on living up to our Good Friends and Good Fun promise and we were able to connect people and create the same premier interactive experience filled with nonstop conversations, contagious laughter, and all the

good things good vibes bring…. BUT, because there’s always a “but”…. Pulling off the Good Food portion of our promise was impossible with constant restaurants closures and strict social distancing rules. After a while, hosting The Dining Clique events without paying homage to food just didn’t feel right. After much thought, we realized that although we host a range of events, they all have a common purpose: to gather or “get together”. Since we accomplish so much more at our events, it was only right that we coin an umbrella term that captures the essence of all our events…

A BLACK WOMAN founded this company and mostly BLACK WOMEN helped her behind the scenes to bring it to life and are the accountability, thought, and prayer partners that root for our wins! It is because of the constant support of BLACK WOMEN that we are still here, striving, serving, and succeeding to this very day.

Now don’t get us wrong, we love and appreciate everyone who has supported us, but we love, Love, LOVE us some BLACK WOMEN because they love us more than anyone does.

Our hearts grieve the injustice against that continues to spite BLACK lives, but we won’t let it stop us. May we continue to uplift, empower, and love one another on purpose.

✋🏻✋🏼✋🏽✋🏾✋🏿 if you don’t know the words to that part of the song either. LOL!

We prevailed by mouthing off fake words and redeeming ourselves with “La, La, La...” because everyone knows that part.

Virtual events don’t have to be dry and boring and picture-taking doesn’t have to be face-to-face. At our in-person events, our was a staple. It provided a way for us to bring all of the old and new friends that bonded throughout the experience and make our Clique official. Thanks to the pandemic, our has evolved into a full out photoshoot filled with dancing, singing, sipping, and clinking!

Our new normal is proving that if we find the good in the bad, not only are there multiple means to an end, we just might elevate to new levels while we’re at it.

If you’ve been waiting for the pandemic to end to host your next shindig, don’t. I invite you to (including your family and friends) to our Premier Interactive Experience instead. Everyone will thank you for not putting off for tomorrow what could be done better today.

Remember when the challenge was the gift and the curse of the beginning stages of shelter in place? Whether you loved or hated it because it was overdone, overshared, too many bloopers, or all of the above, that song will forever be etched in our quarantine memories.
