Say hello to Andrew Silva, one of the teaching artists behind Music Hallโ€™s Educational Programs at the School at Marygrove! ๐Ÿ‘‹๐ŸŽน

A pianist and educator with more than a decade of teaching experience, Andrew helps students build their skills while showing them how exciting learning music can be.

He is part of the team behind eight free youth programs that reach more than 5,000 students ages 3 to 18 each year.

With a degree in Jazz Piano Performance from the University of Oregon, Andrew also brings plenty of experience as a performer and a real belief in musicโ€™s ability to bring people together.

We appreciate all you bring to the classroom, Andrew!

The night will bring together live blues, stories from the Ho**er family, a special all-artist closing jam, and a celebration of the music and influence that began right here in Detroit.
