I've been given the tremendous opportunity to join the artEquity Cohort of BIPoC Leadership Circle.

A program to give BIPoCs in PWIs and spaces a place of support, provide strategies, and systems of accountability in creating new leadership models that center BIPoC experiences.

I'm too excited to make connections and explores ways to better the Michigan Arts community.

Tonight was such a magical night of not only feeling like things are getting back to "normal", but also seeing a change for the better.

I firmly congratulate AD Krista Ewbank for a terrific production of This Random World and to also say thank you for boldly and unapologetically stating her theatre's stance in the fight for anti-racism!

I anticipate and encourage all predominately white Michigan Theatres and Venues should follow suit and to make their performance spaces safe spaces for all BIPoC artists.

Please share this with your theatre/venue leaders at your favorite place to encourage or demand the change that needs to happen.
