I decided to re-open my business after being closed for 5 years. Last year, I applied for Motor City Match on Sept. 30, 2025 and on Dec. 11, 2025 I was notified that I had been selected from a large number of applicants. This is just the beginning of an exciting new chapter for me as an entrepreneur
Being chosen alongside 15 other businesses through such a competitive process reminded me that my vision, hard work, and perseverance are worth believing in. Motor City Match has helped thousands of Detroit entrepreneurs by providing resources, technical assistance, funding opportunities, and support to help businesses grow and succeed throughout the city.
I’m grateful for the opportunity, and I’m looking forward to rebuilding, growing, and creating something meaningful for my community. Stay tuned — this is only the beginning.
