It’s with much sadness that we belatedly announce the death on March 18 of longtime Players member, Barbara Kerwin. Barb and her departed husband of 58 years, Gene, were Park residents and Park Players for decades. It is with great sorrow that we announce the death of longtime Park Players member, Mark Flanders, who passed away on Friday, Nov. 24. Mark and his husband and life partner, Roger Loeb, have been residents of N. Rosedale Park for over 40 years. The funeral will be held this Saturday, Dec. 2 at Wm Sullivan & Son Funeral Home, 705 W. 11 Mile Rd in Royal Oak. Visitation is at 2pm with the memorial service beginning at 3pm. More details on the Park Players' Reunion scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 18, from 4-8pm. All past and current Players members are invited to attend. There will be a catered dinner, drinks and much reminiscing going on but the main course of the evening is a post-dinner discussion on the future of Park Players.
