Today I‘m proudly sharing that years of work sometimes show results 🖤 It‘s a long way, and I have been here for a while and may the inspiration stick with me. If you’re struggling, keep doing, over and over, keep believing in yourself and in your art. And most importantly, enjoy what you are doing because obstacles are legions and they’ll keep coming up no matter the status, position, popularity.
To the listeners, the supporters — I don’t like to say followers really:
Thank you for the continuous support – this is definitely fuelling our work as artists, everyday. Keep sending these positive messages, likes and „social media“ signs, because we depend on this, unfortunately. And I know many of us who are tired of the constant pressure of an online world, and nobody can blame us for that. I wish the „performance“ was to be expected solely at the club or the venue, and not online through this stupid numbers game (goddamit!)
I want to personally thank Ross Harper from City Wall for having believed in me about a year and a half ago, kickstarting the Desert trilogy with Mirage, Drifting Embers and Qanun (remixed by the great Developer, Alexander Kowalsli and PETDuo) — which led me to learn and realise a few important things about online presence.
Equally — thanks to the artists who trusted me and accepted to share a portion of the road with me, or just decided to give me a push when they felt the connexion. I won‘t forget this 🙏
