Yoruba Youth Cultural Dance Group (YYCD) We are a group of youths that have come together to showcase the extravagant, artistic, entertainment and educative aspect of the yoruba culture.

-We perform (Dance) and sing in the West African Language(Yoruba)
-We perform with Native African attires
-We perform using the native west African native percussion drums
-We perform at all and any kind of events

We are always looking for new members who will like to join or expand the group. We encourage both males and females to join the group because ap

art from the rewarding aspect of participating in fun-filled and the culturally oriented activities of the group, there is also the general fitness derived from our constant practice of our dance moves

Although we sing in our Native tongue(Yoruba language) and perform Yoruba dance moves we encourage participation from youths of all heritage, ethnicity tribe, nationality and race to join the group in order to enjoy the rich and rewarding benefits of the group while also helping us achieve our goal of showcasing the rich and splendid traditions of Yoruba Heritage
