After further internal discussion, RAVE has made the decision to cancel the SQUNTO show.

This event was originally approached in good faith, based on what we initially found in addition to the artist's self provided information about the steps that he has taken towards recovery, with the intention of supporting recovery, mental health awareness, artist support, and second chances.

RAVE was the presenting promoter for the event. Hiatus Records was involved as a supporting sponsor/nonprofit beneficiary because the original framing aligned with their mission of supporting artists through difficult personal, creative, and mental health challenges.

Since the announcement, more context than we were originally aware of has been brought to our attention, and communication with the artist has not continued in a way that allows us to responsibly move forward.

We always strive to have our events be 100% safe and fun, so even though we received a lot of support there was still a number of people who felt uncomfortable. We decided it would be in the best interests of the community to move away from this event.

Refunds have been issued to those who purchased tickets to this show.
