The busy part of the tax season is almost over and I’m looking to add new people to our team.

We have the best splits in the world and we’re positioned to assist you all the way up to your own service bureau.

Stop wasting your time and money joining teams with terrible track records because the owner is flexing online all day…

Everyone is treated like family over here and payouts come early and it late.

Send me a DM and let me know where you are in your tax journey and I’ll let you know how we can help!

Nep dropped an EP yesterday… and I know y’all hype off Cole, but this is a great body of work (not just because I’m on it, either).

It’s just a four-song EP, so take about 12 minutes to check it out and let him know what you think of it.

The link gives you a few options to play it.

I used to believe that if I just worked harder, everything would eventually click.
What I didn’t realize was that I was training my business to depend on me being overwhelmed. That’s a dangerous design.
In Real Life XP, we call this founder-reliant infrastructure. The business survives but it can’t mature. If you step away for a week and things stall, that’s not dedication. That’s fragility. Hustle kept me alive early. Systems are what allowed me to move forward without breaking everything behind me.

Most entrepreneurs think hustle is a phase you grow out of.
It’s not. Hustle is usually a permanent compensation for missing systems.
In the early stages, effort feels like progress because everything is manual.
But as revenue increases, hustle doesn’t scale it compounds friction.
In Real Life XP, we teach that hustle is not a character trait.
It’s a signal.
A signal that:

1. Processes aren’t defined
2. Decisions aren’t documented
3. Outcomes depend on memory instead of structure

If your business only works when you’re exhausted, it’s not working.
The goal isn’t to work less.
The goal is to design a business that doesn’t require heroic effort to function.
That’s where real growth starts.

When you got it, you got it!

Anout three years ago, I wasn’t even thinking about preparing my own taxes, let along building a tax team. I didn’t even know what a “Service Bureau” was. This year, I’m running a six-figure tax business and I’m already signing new preparers up for training this summer.

This is clear proof that my idea about running a business works and I’m determined to help other service-based business owners systemize and automate their way to six and seven-figure businesses.

If you are willing to invest in yourself, learn some new tricks, and implement what you learn, you can turn your business into a well-oiled machine in about 90 days.

This year can be everything you want it to be or you can let it pass and try it all again in 2027. Either way, you have to live with it!

This year, set boundaries, raise standards, and elevate your floor. Business should be handled like business, no matter who you’re doing it with.
