Learn the history and culture of urban dance as well as new styles and techniques. Students with skill levels from beginner to advance will have the opportunity to learn efficient technique and skills in Detroit-Style Ballroom, Bop, Chop, and Latin Hustle under professional instructors. KC University began under the leadership of Kevin Collins in January 1991. He has been a gifted dancer since 197

7 honing his skills. During the year of 1990, as he was traveling around the 50 states teaching others who saw him dance in various nightlife clubs in Detroit, MI., it was suggested he should open a school to teach the Detroit style dance in his hometown as well as continuing teaching from Detroit to California, Baltimore to Texas. Since 1991, Kevin's goal has been to make excellent dancers throughout Michigan and other states. You will often “There is no ceiling to great dancing”.
