As we are approaching performance night we are still grooving out! (and still sweating buckets…) Afro fusion was filled with laughs, Abby Z repertory was athletic challenge, to Counter-technique with Shannon Stewart. There’s always something new you’re guaranteed to learn here at CONFLUX!!

⚡️CONFLUX ⚡️Week 2 Day 7

Day 7 was filled with lots of more sweating and upbeat movement!! We jumped. We laughed. We challenged ourselves mentally and physically beyond our current limits. From All Purpose Repertory with Abby Z, to Afrobeats with Tom Tom, to Nightshade Repertory with Erin, to Hip Hop Jerkin’ with Nero. You can’t help but hit a beat with these incredible artists!
