Multiple generations of GhettoTech DJs + Producers unite at The Lincoln Factory to kickstart a series that highlights the very best of Detroit. Despite the rise in “GhettoTech” parties, you don’t (and won’t) see many lineups like this one, because this kind of curation is authentic and intentional- a means to celebrate emerging talent while honoring those who lead the way before “us.”

This one is for all the kids who had to stay upstairs or inside the house while the grown ups were in the basement or the backyard with the bass booming so loud that you could feel it. For all the kids who got in the car just in time to hear Gary Chandler or Dj Fingers 313. For all the kids who fell in love with this s**t without needing drugs or alcohol to enjoy it. For all the kids who promised themselves that they would go to a party like this one day…. Even if that’s only me!

Also, my birthday will be at midnight. Imagine not being there!
