We are delighted to announce the return of the Cathedral Cultural Series (CCS) starting on Sunday, October 22, 2023, at 4:00 PM in the Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament. Join us as we present the William S. Harrison Chorale, led by the esteemed Dr. William Harrison. Their performance will include a captivating combination of Antonio Vivaldi's "Gloria", spirituals, and gospel music. This enthralling event is offered free of charge and open to the public.

The CCS will continue with another true masterpiece on November 2 at 7:00 PM, the remarkable Requiem by Gabriel Faure as we commemorate All Souls' Day. This special mass, celebrated by Archbishop Allen Vigneron, is dedicated to all the faithful departed.

Additionally, we invite you to embrace the spirit of the season with our Festival of Lessons & Carols on Friday, December 15, at 7:00 PM. This enchanting evening will feature superb music selections for Advent and Christmas performed by the Cathedral Choir Academy, Cathedral Schola, and Archdiocesan singers.

Spring promises a wealth of musical diversity, including an organ recital, a concert for violin and organ, and two choral programs – one featuring Lenten music and another focusing on Marian music in May. Stay tuned for further details to follow in the near future.

All concerts are held at the historic Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament located at 9844 Woodward Avenue, Detroit, MI 48202. Free parking is behind the Cathedral off Trowbridge Street.
