🕵🏽♂️Mission 007🕵🏻: The Squad Breakdown
Pulling off a reunion is a team effort. To make sure nobody gets overwhelmed with life, kids, or work, we’re assembling a squad of 4 to 8 people.
Here are the "agents" (committee roles)we need to recruit:
*The Conductor/Chairperson (Toni Dunbar): The one holding the master plan. They coordinate the meetings, keep us on schedule, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
*The Banker (Treasurer): Master of the spreadsheets. They manage ticket sales, handle the budget, and make sure we get the best bang for our buck.
*The Scout (Venue & Logistics): Ideally a local! They hunt down the perfect spots (breweries, halls, etc.), talk to caterers, and lock in the contracts.
*The Investigator (Outreach): Finding people after 20 years is no joke. This person tracks down "lost" classmates, hypes up the event, and manages the RSVP list.
*The Vibe Curator (Entertainment): In charge of the ultimate 2007 throwback playlist, trivia, old photos, and creating a meaningful memorial for classmates we've lost.
