🌟 Meet the Staff 🌟

Up next, let’s meet another new staff member!
Miss Kya will be instructing Ballet for us this season! We are so excited to welcome her!

✨ “Kya has been dancing since the age of three and spent seven years as a competitive dancer before continuing her training beyond graduation. She is passionate about sharing her love of dance with the next generation and creating a positive, encouraging environment where dancers can grow both in and out of the studio.

She believes dance is about so much more than choreography and technique. Kya loves helping dancers build confidence, overcome challenges, and discover what they are capable of while creating classes where students can work hard, have fun, and feel proud of their progress.

Outside of the studio, Kya enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, being creative, and making memories with her husband and their two dogs.”

🌟 Meet the Staff 🌟

Meet Miss Calla! She will be instructing our 2nd-5th grade Ballet class for the first half of the season.

✨ “Calla is from Frazee, Minnesota, where she trained with Northern Lights Dance Academy for 12 years. After high school, she joined the Fargo-Moorhead Ballet Company at Gasper's School of Dance in Fargo. She began teaching dance and choreographing the following year for Gasper's and NLDA. She was accepted into the CLI Conservatory in Massachusetts, where she graduated and trained with 100+ world-renowned choreographers/working artists in the dance industry. Calla also coaches for the Frazee Fly Girls Dance Team and is also yoga-certified and teaches yoga at NLDA. She has a passion for movement and hopes to inspire her students and guide them in a positive environment where they can learn and grow.”
