If we are being honest, it’s been a pretty eventful year so far & it can be challenging to stay strong, positive, & open. Something that seriously helps me RELEASE is being active & sweating out all my worries. ✨ Here is a 45-60 min workout that I love, focusing on your legs, arms, core, & mind. It’s a tough one mentally, so take this at your own pace.. but PUSH YOURSELF👏🏽👏🏽 you CAN do this. 💛
🎾Starting out with a yummy warmup of your choice-5 min total. static stretching, cardio, or a mix of both. **also don’t forget to hydrate!💧
🎾LOWER BODY:
- Banded Lateral Squat Steps (24 total, 12 each side)
- Scissor Squat Jumps (24 total, 12 each side)
- Burpee to Sprawl 1:3 (12 total)
⚡️CARDIO⚡️
- Jump Rope (50 reps)
* rest + repeat 3x
🎾UPPER BODY:
- Tricep Extension ( 12 total)
- Bicep Curl (24 total, 12 each side)

🎾CORE:
- Weighted Oblique Crunch (24 total, 12 each side)
- Elbow to Knee Crunch (24 total, 12 each side)
- Mountain Climbers ( 50 total, 25 each side)
