It's the final day of the challenge for the 2026 Pay It Forward 9/11 Movement.

Today, we want to encourage you to Pay It Forward! A quick idea for you is to bring non-perishable food items and toiletries to the show. These will be donated to Des Moines Refugee Support. Suggested items to donate include rice, pinto beans, black beans, granola bars, snack crackers, ramen, macaroni and cheese, cooking oil, peanut butter, jelly, breakfast bars, peanut butter crackers, single serving Goldfish crackers, beef jerky sticks, laundry detergent pods, toothpaste, deodorant.

On the 25th anniversary of 9/11, we are reflecting back on experiences and memories from the attacks. We interviewed a few members from our community about where they were on that day and what came out of it.
