What comes to mind when you hear the word vitality?
Many people think of vitality as having lots of energy, but true vitality is much more than that. Vitality is the felt sense of being fully alive. It includes physical energy, emotional well-being, mental clarity, meaningful connection, and a sense of purpose.
When we are connected to our vitality, we feel more present, engaged, and able to respond to life’s challenges with greater resilience.
