Fitness Connections Mission
Our mission is to use the traditional Afro-Brazilian art of Capoeira to promote the health, well-being and development of the Des Moines community through Capoeira classes, performances, and community outreach. In addition, we seek to contribute to the cultural diversity of Iowa and creating a basis for cultural exchange between Brazil and the US.
