Mrs. Claus will be flying through the air tomorrow night to light our 25 foot Christmas tree but..... WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!! She will be accompanied by Christmas carolers, trumpet players, and a little drummer boy that will be passing out candy canes and jingle bells in front of the new art installation across from the Embassy Suites in the East Village at 7:00pm tomorrow night so stop by and help us bring in some holiday cheer! Huge thank you to Greater Des Moines Partnership and Marshall for making this event and the art installation possible!

Deck the halls over in the Historic East Village tonight (Friday, Dec. 9) during the Holiday Promenade!

Whether you are taking horse-drawn carriage rides sponsored by MidAmerican Energy, taking part in storytimes with the Grinch over at Storyhouse Bookpub with Global Atlantic Financial Group or just simply taking part in all of the great holiday deals from shops, there is tons of fun for you, your friends and family at the promenade.

And make sure you stop by the "EXPosure" interactive art installation while you're at the promenade! Cirque-style performers from Darker Marker Productions will be on-site performing near the artwork.
