Thank you to everyone who joined us for our NewWorks Lab last week! We were thrilled to celebrate a successful debut of our original play development program, featuring a brand-new script by RAC member Eric Olson, WAVING FLAGS. 🇺🇸📱Next up in the process, the script will continue to evolve through another round of development with our NewWorks Lab team, culminating in a workshopped showcase in January 2027. 👀

Stay tuned for more updates on Waving Flags and future NewWorks Lab projects—we can’t wait to share what’s next!

We have MEASURE FOR MEASURE coming up at the Salisbury House in July, followed by the cult classic musical RE**ER MADNESS in October! We hope you’ll join us. 💚Until then, cheers to Des Moines theatre!
