Reusable ice pack/ heat pack (Boo Boo Pack) $6 or 4 for $20
-These are made with 100% cotton, white long grain rice, I can also put lavender in them as well if you would like to have your boo boo pack smell good
-You can put these in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute depending on the wattage of your microwave
-You can just leave your boo boo pack in the freezer if you would like too
