Come on down to the 17th annual Rotary Club of Des Moines/Normandy Park, WA Poverty Bay Blues and Brews Festival featuring four outstanding Pacific Northwest Blues bands: CDWoodbury, Johnny Wheels and the Swamp Donkeys, Too Slim and the Traildraggers and the Highway 99 All Stars.
