I know what you're thinking, can these two be any cooler? Well let me tell you, just wait till you hear them sing some Josquin des Prez, the coolest composer of the early 16th century! These two Bros-quin will be joining the rest of the Des Moines Early Music Ensemble this weekend in laying down some sick motets and chanson in their concert "Josquin and Friends." Come on out to Faith Lutheran Church on Sunday, March 2nd at 2pm and let's party like it's 1499!

A preview of Clement Janequin's colossal programmatic work "La Guerre." Hear this and more at this weekend's concert: "No More War!" music about war, love, and calls for peace. Saturday May 6 at 4pm, Plymouth Church, 4126 Ingersoll in Des Moines. $10 at the door. We're donating a portion of the proceeds to UNICEF to do what we can to bring relief to children in conflict around the world.
