I had a problem, I made a solution, and I'm here to offer it to you as well.
My problem: anytime I wanted to try a new recipe that wasn't just straight chicken breast and broccoli- I wanted to try recipes where most of the calories came from protein. Why was this so impossible?!
Every '30 ways to increase your protein' blog on foodie or recipe websites were so mediocre, or only had 20g of protein and had 35g of fat.
So I made a spreadsheet! This is Vol 1, and links of 35+ recipes that are truly protein focused, with my notes and thoughts as well. 2 factors had to be met to make the list: 1) recipes had to be full meals - not that I'm down for a slab of steak, but I wanted this to encompass sides as well, and 2) protein had to be the largest macro. This was more difficult than it should have been.
