Get ready to kick off the season with energy, focus, and inspiration at our 3-Day Summer Intensive! This is open to anyone, but mandatory for those who are or looking to become Competition Team dancers! This dynamic camp brings together our talented studio instructors and a lineup of incredible guest teachers from across the dance industry for a packed schedule of classes, training, and growth.

Dancers will explore a range of styles, push their technique, and showcase their performance skills. This intensive is not only a chance to level up after the previous season, but it also plays a key role in helping us evaluate and finalize placements and choreography selections for the upcoming competition year.

We expect full effort, open minds, and passionate hearts as we dive into this exciting new chapter. Let’s dance into the next season stronger than ever! For ages 5 and up!

What a wonderful competition season for this team!! 🩵

At their last competition they received the Class Act Award — an award given to the studio that demonstrated kindness, respect, teamwork and sportsmanship all weekend long.

While trophies and placements are exciting, this award means something deeper to me because it reflects the heart of who we are at The Vitality Place. We want our dancers to grow not only as performers, but as kind humans who encourage others, support their teammates, respect their teachers, and carry themselves with humility both on and off the stage.

The studio won the Class Act award!

Creating good humans has always been our number one priority and they made us proud this weekend. From the Good Luck Ducks they passed out to the staff and other teams, to the smiles and kind words they shared all weekend. That type of kindness, support and community is what it is all about.

Vitality Yoga Flow • Saturdays 8-9am with Heather Allen

Ignite your energy and reconnect to your strength in this dynamic, full-body experience.Vitality Flow is an energizing 60 minute class designed to blend the fluidity of vinyasa power yoga with the precision of barre, creating a class that both challenges and revitalizes you from start to finish. Vitality: the state of being strong and active; energy.

We begin by grounding—dropping into breath, setting intention, and building awareness—before gradually building heat and momentum. Expect creative, energizing sequences, strong standing flows, intentional balancing work to build focus and stability, targeted pulses, core work, and low-impact strength exercises designed to sculpt and support the whole body. This is where endurance meets control, and where your energy builds with every movement.

As the class winds down, we shift into a deeply restorative space. Through intentional stretching, stillness, and guided surrender, you’ll have time to integrate the work, regulate your nervous system, and leave feeling both strong and recharged.

What to bring:
    •    Yoga mat
    •    Water
    •    Sweat towel (optional)
What to wear:

Another competition down! Thank you Headliners Dance Competition for an incredible day. The talent at this competition was so inspiring for our young team of dancers.
