Join us July 15 for our next Crafty Action Society! We'll upcycle clothing with visible mending - where the repair becomes a decoration and each stitch is a glorious sign of who you are, what you love and where your clothes have been.⁠

Proceeds from this event will support stipends for CVA's Art + Action Lab teen internship program, helping creative high school students find career paths in the arts.

Sequesterings opens August 6 and features the work of Aurora Robson and select artists from who transform recovered plastics into bold sculptural works. The exhibition draws attention to environmental impact while advocating for more responsible futures. On view August 6 – October 24, 2026.

🎨✨ Crafty Action Society is hitting pause for June—but don’t worry, the creativity isn’t going anywhere!

We’ll be back in July with CVA’s very own Art + Action Lab, bringing fresh ideas, bold crafting, and all the artsy energy you love.

🧡 Last month, we teamed up with for a powerful evening of art and activism. Inspired by the monarch butterfly, participants explored lino-cut printmaking and jewelry-making to create wearable pieces honoring freedom, migration, and solidarity with immigrant communities. 🦋✨
