Now on view. Gallery 1261 is proud to present On Site, a solo exhibition by internationally acclaimed plein air painter Ulrich Gleiter. From Lapland to Colorado, Gleiter’s bold impasto and lyrical brushwork invite viewers into raw, intimate encounters with place. His work is alive with rhythm, color, and atmosphere.

P.S. Plein air painting can be a beautifully messy process! Rest assured, all materials are always packed out to respect the stunning locations that inspire the art.

The exhibition opens with a reception tonight, June 20, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, where the artist will be in attendance.
