WOW. What can I say about the return of Repent at Milk Bar other than how much we clearly NEEDED this as a community? Seeing all those bodies letting loose on the dance floor, and then being completely GLUED to the burlesque performances, joyous and cheering the whole way... this was 100% the most amazing club night of my career. MASSIVE respect to Desiree Albee for resurrecting the night after a year-long hiatus; huge thanks to Dagny Vanderlust for gathering an amazing crew; to Snickerdoodle for completely crushing it as emcee; and of course all of YOU for putting your trust in us and showing up to Milk Bar to party in the dark again!
Since I was flying solo on the decks there are just too many artists to tag here, but I urge you to check out the recorded sets below - nearly FOUR HOURS of goth-industrial jams! - and when you find songs you love, dig into the artists and let them know how much they rock. We can't do these nights without human beings pouring their blood, sweat, and tears into their music.
