As an artist and teacher I engage individually and warmly with students, encouraging their unique expression. I feel deeply that it is important for a person to be truly seen and heard. Each contribution to the whole is equally important. I answer a calling to build community. I have enjoyed many years volunteering for local women’s non-profit organizations, and community galleries’ events and fundraisers. My life grows in richness through the new relationships built, stories shared and continued connection with our local and global community. I love collaboration in art and in other aspects of life. I enjoy supporting and spreading the word about local non-profit organizations who embolden, in particular, women and young girls and provide fair trade alternatives for work. Modalities used include: Art as a therapeutic experience. Invoke Arts Denver, LLC
