highest quality steak bites paired perfectly with steak-worthy cocktails. RARE serves as a one-of-a-kind competition among Denver's finest steakhouses. Pitted head-to-head, 25 of the region's most acclaimed steak purveyors will put their grilling expertise to the test as they vie for the title of Top Steak. You can help decide which steak reigns supreme, as competitors aim to garner the most votes from a panel of professional judges and our festival attendees. Chefs can try to win the hearts of the city's steak lovers with a tried-and-true classic in the "Traditional Steak" category, or throw caution to the wind and get inventive in the "Creative Steak" category. To up the ante, all restaurants will enter a signature cocktail to complement their plates, because what's a great steak without something delicious to wash it down? Calling carnivores from across the state, get ready to sink your teeth into the juiciest evening of 2023 at Denver's own steak championships.
