Authorized by the Museum of Oriental Antiquities, this breathtaking collection chronicles a classic Chinese folk tale through intricate, high-relief artwork.

The front of each plate features deeply detailed scenes molded to replicate the traditional look and texture of hand-carved Ming Dynasty red cinnabar lacquerware. The reverse sides are heavily structured with beautiful, solid polished brass.

She comes dressed in her complete original outfit, which includes a vibrant red fringed top with an attached plush white faux fur collar, a metallic silver-tone wolf/bird pendant, woven geometric blue and tan trousers, and matching fringed red faux-suede moccasin boots. The back of her hair features two black leather ties detailed with blue, black, and white accent beads.

The doll features a painted porcelain head, hands, and lower legs attached to a clean, soft fabric weighted body, making her perfect for sitting displays.
