Quorum gathered last weekend for a focused post‑concert planning session, diving into ideas for social media, design, coordination, and upcoming artistic projects. These regular check‑ins are a key part of how we grow—creating space for every member to contribute, shape our direction, and help imagine what future concerts and collaborations can become. We’re deep in rehearsals and reflection for our upcoming concert, At the Last — a program exploring endings: of the year, the season, and the lives of those we hold dear.

Every Quorum concert is a true collaboration. Our process is built on conversation, consensus, and care — where every singer’s perspective shapes the final performance. Rehearsals are filled with discussion, listening, and, of course, lots of singing!

It takes time to find a shared musical voice, but the result is something rare: a choir where every note is grounded in equality.

Join us for an evening of music and meaning as we contemplate the nature of endings—of the year, the season, the lives of those we cherish, and the enduring spirit that carries us forward.

Our program features evocative works by Samuel Coleridge-Taylor, Daniel Lee Pederson, Cecil Effinger, Samuel Barber, Salamone Rossi, Thomas Weelkes, and Dan Forrest—composers whose voices span centuries and speak to the heart of human experience.
