Victor Krummenacher co-founded Camper Van Beethoven in 1983 and is currently touring with The Third Mind collective with Dave Alvin; before they play Ophelia's in Denver, Victor comes to Five Points Live! Reserve your seats for this rare appearance by alt-rock royalty on Tuesday, October 21 - doors at 6:30, show at 7:00. On Friday, December 13, 2024, Five Points Live! + KGNU & 105.5 The Colorado Sound Presented AN EVENING WITH JILL SOBULE at The Savoy Denver -- Jill Sobule grew up in Denver's Hilltop neighborhood and in November she remounted her autobiographical musical, “F*ck7thGrade” in New York (based on her experiences at DPS Hill Middle School). When the show closed, Jill headed back to Denver for a very special hometown concert at The Savoy in Curtis Park. We filled the room with family, friends, and fans to celebrate the return of this hometown hero and 100 attendees enjoyed a night of tunes we love, stories and songs from her recent New York theatrical run, and a few surprises including songs with Lannie Garrett, Jerry Kazzaz and superfan Eryn.
