Indigenous Corporation 5280 Our mission is to bring Indigenous Cultural awareness into every space through dance and education.

Indigenous Corporation 5280 is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation that brings Cultural representation and appropriation into every community thru dance education and origin storytelling. With our efforts we hope to provide Tiny homes with programing for our homeless relatives in inner cities and on reservations across the Nation. Our cultural awareness presentations demonstrates singing, dancing, and storytelling related to the history and contemporary traditions of Native American dancing. Our group involves the audience in active dialogue and dancing with our presenters who come from various tribal backgrounds such as the Oglala, Rosebud, Standing Rock Sioux, Tlingit of Alaska, Ojibwa, Dine, Cheyenne, Northern Arapahoe, Eastern Shoshone, and Flathead Tribes. In addition, our dance group provides many the opportunity to select from a variety of cultural learning events such as presentations in the classrooms, auditoriums, and power point demonstrations that focus on the strengths of Indigenous Natives. We hold weekly potluck meetings for community to come together eat, dance, sing, craft, and work on regalia. We are working on giving back to the community with events, programs and workshops.
